The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix officially unveiled its fifth-anniversary music roster on Thursday, April 2, 2026. The lineup, curated in partnership with Hard Rock International, transforms the Miami International Autodrome into a multi-genre festival grounds from May 1–3. Highlighting the intersection of elite racing and global pop culture, the weekend will feature trackside performances from Zedd, Nelly, Marshmello, and Kane Brown, alongside a high-profile kickoff concert by Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Guns N’ Roses.

The strategy for 2026 is a definitiveevolution. Rather than sticking to a single genre, organizers have opted for a "genre-spanning" approach to mirror Miami’s diverse demographic. The Hard Rock Beach Club, located between Turns 11 and 13, remains the epicenter of the action. Zedd and Nelly are scheduled to ignite the festivities on Friday, May 1, followed by a Saturday EDM takeover by Marshmello and DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal). The weekend concludes on Sunday, May 3, with a "cross-format" pairing of house duo Loud Luxury and country superstar Kane Brown, whose performances will be livestreamed to giant LED screens throughout the entire 3.36-mile circuit.

The Kickoff: Guns N' Roses at Hard Rock Live

While the Beach Club provides the trackside energy, the "pre-race" momentum begins 20 miles north at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. On Thursday, April 30, Guns N’ Roses will headline an intimate, 7,000-capacity kickoff show at Hard Rock Live. This performance serves as a cornerstone for the band’s newly announced 2026 World Tour and sets the stage for a weekend where the music is as much of a draw as the 200 mph cars. Tickets for the kickoff event, which went on sale in late March, are already commanding secondary market prices upwards of $400, signaling a high-demand "lifestyle" crossover that has become synonymous with the Miami GP.

"We are proudly celebrating our fifth year as a founding Miami Grand Prix partner with an entertainment lineup that spans genres and generations (...), helping us bring the unmistakable energy of Miami to the circuit." — Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment, Hard Rock International

Expanding the Fan Footprint

New for 2026 is the Official Fan Fest in Miami Beach, a free, multi-day celebration running from April 29 to May 3. Located at Lummus Park, the Fan Fest features a dedicated Ticketmaster Stage and live DJ sets, effectively moving the F1 atmosphere into the heart of the city for those without grandstand tickets. This "distributed festival" model is a tactical move to increase brand engagement and merchandise sales, particularly with the addition of the MIA Shop presented by American Express.

As the Miami Grand Prix enters its milestone fifth year, the integration of music and motorsport has moved beyond a gimmick into a core business pillar. By securing legacy acts like Guns N' Roses alongside modern streaming giants like Marshmello and Kane Brown, F1 is successfully building a "mini-Coachella" within the paddock. For the music industry, these high-end sporting partnerships represent a lucrative new frontier for artist touring cycles and brand sponsorships in the 2026 economy.
